Welcome, Joe Edd Morris, Ken McAdams and Synthia Andrews to Langtons International Agency!

Linda extends a warm welcome to Joe Edd Morris, author of Return to Freedom Summer, a novel about the relationship between three children, one white and two black, who bond in the fifties. They are split up by forces beyond their control, and ten years later, they find themselves strangely reunited in “The Movement” in Mississippi in 1964 and at the center of two grizzly murders.
Joe Edd Morris is the author of the award-winning novel, Land Where my Fathers Died (Context Books, May 2002), and his short fiction has been nominated for the Pushcart Prize. He is a retired United Methodist minister and currently spends him time writing, divided between Lake Junaluska, North Carolina and Tupelo, Mississippi.

Linda would also like to welcome Ken McAdams, author of Grand Deceptions! This novel, which is based on real events, answers the question of why President John F. Kennedy was shot in November of 1963. Grand Deceptions explores the vast network of corruption in Washington, DC and fills the void of the “why” and “who” of the Kennedy assassination.
Ken McAdams is a Yale University graduate and was a Chief Pilot of two Pan Am divisions after he qualified as a Marine Corps jet fighter pilot. He is also a published author of Bon Courage (Moyer Bell, June 2010). He is married to the celebrated painter, Marian Bingham, and they live in Greenwich, Connecticut.

Linda also warmly welcomes Synthia Andrews, author of
Dreaming Blue, a middle grade novel based on a young girl who moves to rural Michigan. The book follows Corey’s friendship with Blue, a broken down, dirty grey defeated horse. Corey discovers many of the town’s mysteries, and she and Blue work together to heal old wounds and prove to themselves, and the world, that they are indeed “more than just their circumstances.”
Synthia is a licensed Naturopathic Physician and energy intuitive. She is the published author and co-author of six non-fiction books on spirituality, consciousness and the paranormal. She currently resides on a small farm in rural Connecticut with her husband and two horses.

Praise From Our Authors

Thank you, Ian Greenleigh, author of The Social Media Side Door: How Social Media Has Rewritten the Rules of Access and Influence (McGraw Hill, September 2013) for your kind words!
“I was thrilled with the quick response Linda was able to get from top-tier publishers, and by the fact that she was able to generate enough interest to trigger an auction among them within a week of sending out my book. Her guidance during the negotiation phase was similarly valuable, as is the support she’s lending me now, as I complete my manuscript and move on to the marketing phase of my book release.” To find your own copy of Ian’s book, click here.
